The indium phosphide zinc sulfide (InP/ZnS) quantum dots from NN-Labs are an environmentally-friendly, heavy metal-free alternative to cadmium based quantum dots. These InP/ZnS core/shell quantum dots are non-toxic while offering high performance for various applications.
Potential applications: imaging and display research, bio-labeling, commercial based applications
